If your order has not arrived within 8 working days (UK orders) and 16 working days (non-UK orders) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.

Also please note that we are unable to send parcels tracked to PO Boxes but we can still provide proof of postage.Security The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receives your item(s) to cancel, if you simply change your mind.Customers are responsible for returning the items within 14 calendar days of cancelling and refunds must be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned.Refund on Shipping to the customer and Costs of returning an item apply only when the goods being returned are faulty.
>House of Vapes will provide the postage to return the items in case of the customer does not want to bring the item directly to a shop.
 
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.After those 14 days, please note, that we are only able to exchange the product if there is an actual issue with it (Faulty device or wrong items were delivered). This is examined by our product expert.

Please note if there is no detectable issue with the product, we are not able to exchange or refund it.
All the items come with a one month guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been damaged in any way by the customer we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.

To return your items you will need:

- The product you want to return

- Receipt or invoice

- The original packaging (unopened) of each product that you want to return and all of it's contents.
